Dumbbell Leg Calf Raise


Preparation :

  • Stand with a dumbbell hanging to the side
  • The toes should be on the top edge of the block with the heels pointing down
  • The hips and knees should be fully extended
  • Hold onto a support with free hand

Action :

  • Lift the heels from the block as high as you can
  • Keep the knees and hips fully extended

Return :

  • Allow the heels to drop back down onto the block
